In the Sandpoint Idaho we have a variety of restaurants. If you want authentic Italian, Arlo's is my favorite place. The owners are true New Yorkers and you can taste their roots in everything on the menu. We have two Thai, one Greek. We have one chinese restaurant, but nothing that compares to China Town in NY. We have a great steak house - the Hydra. In addition, there are multiple burger places and mom and pop restaurants, and several really great places to hang out. My favorite is a pub on Cedar called Eichardt's. It's got a great selection of on-tap beer and really good food. Think cheers West Coast small town. ... more

You can ask the Realtor you're working with (if you are working with one) to recommend an attorney. If you want, I can also provide a couple names and #s to some attorneys I know. Good luck!

If you use Trulia or Zillow, it will be listed under the listing. If not a home that is listed, calling the local township tax department will get you the answer.
