Linda Nunn answered:
There maybe. Most of finding a lease purchase is investigating a sellers desire to sell now or later.
A lease purchase is not a sellers first choice, but we may be able to present a desirable option.

I would be happy to sit down and talk about your options and win-win negotiation.

Please feel free to call

Which map are you referring to ?

You can search for it on our website below or try google maps.

Are you interested in a property on that street or selling a property perhaps ?

Charles Allan Dick answered:
Yes, section 8 housing is available in most areas of Bucks County, Pa.
The problem is, most if it is not listed in the MLS systems.
In order to keep the rents as affordable, section 8 (and many others landlords) choose
to market their properties by themselves.
Since section 8 properties must be approved, the court house should be able to provide
a list of landlords and locations.

This is the link to the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown. You can contact either Family Services or Community Services to ask about obtaining a list.
If you need any further assistance, give me a call.

Joanna, do you need to find a section 8 rental, or do you need to find a house that you can rent to a section 8 tenant?
