It all depends on the type of home you are looking for. Most home owners at least think about selling before they choose to rent, so the inventory to rent is less. There are definitely investors in Braintree that would be willing to rent a property longterm, but as such, they would want to be making money ie: covering their mortgage (if any), taxes, maintenance expenses etc...If you can afford to pay that type of rent, Is there a reason that you are not looking into buying something? If it is a question of credit, or downpayment, you might want to look into lease options...many sellers are willing to consider lease options if they can't find buyers in a timely fashion. Check with your agent for some of these possibilities and contact a lending professional to determine how to improve credit etc... ... more
