I like high point in Delray Beach better. It is just north of Atlantic Blvd on Military Trail. It is near so many stores including a new Walmart.. The community is wide open with plenty of green areas. I have a 1 BR listing for $37,500 which has over $20,000 in renovations. Hi Morton,

The zip code 33496 covers a few communities in Boca Raton. To answer your question accurately I would need to know which community you are referring to. Different communities have different pet policies, so you need to be more specific. Thank you.

Hi June! This is where I do 90% of my business, so here's my answer.

Both Delray Beach and Boca Raton have lots of pluses, tons. As long as you choose a decent neighborhood in either one, you'll be fine. I don't know from your question if you're buying for investment or otherwise. Delray Beach has a booming downtown, Boca has LOTS to do and is rich in history and tourism.

Lakeside Blvd. happens to be located in Boca West. "Is this a good area?" you asked. YES, it is....but there is a 'club equity fee' which needs to be paid at closing. It costs $70K and that's why you're seeing such low prices on the units themselves.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you!

GOOD LUCK!

Okichie,

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for but Via di Regina is located in the townhome development of Villa San Remo in Boca Raton. A fantastic community conveniently located just west of the Florida Turnpike with some unbelievable opportunities is today's market. Sales have been unbelievable with 9 closings over the past 6 months ranging in price from $137,000 to $260,000. Currently we have only 8 active listings so there is less than a 6 month inventory so the market metrics in Villa San Remo are tremendous.

List prices on the active listings range from $223,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property with 1,760 livable square feet up to $329,000.Your best bet for a great deal in Villa San Remo is to pounce on one of the upcoming foreclosures as they will offer you the most value. Like with any transaction I highly recommend that you work with a proven real estate professional and always suggest that you interview a few and choose one you know will have your best interest at heart. If you are at that point I would be honored to be on that list and invite you to contact me at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com.

I hope this helps answer your questions but if you need anything at all to help you meet your local real estate needs please do not hesitate to call.

Always at Your Service,

I don't know of any!! LOL
Hi Ricki!
My name is Alicia Lammersdorf. I have been living in Boca Raton for over 18 year and I LOVE IT! So much so that my website is ILoveBoca.com. Before Boca Raton, I lived in Switzerland. When I decided to move to Florida I traveled everywhere and chose Boca Raton. It is a gorgeous city with many wonderful things to offer from GREAT restaurants, beautiful parks and beaches, two universities, colleges, top private and public schools in the state, organized roadway systems, gorgeous communities, great weather, landscaping, private airport, close to 3 major airports and cities, museums, art, shopping, events, entertainment and so much more I can go on and on. I like it so much that I cannot think of anything right now. Then again, if you don’t like any of those things I mentioned, they could be a negative..Right?
Give me a call or email me and I can help answer your questions and concerns. I work and live in Boca and Delray Beach. I know both cities very well and can help you.
I am sorry I could not answer your question!
My best to you!
