Found a few single family homes in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Wheaton in that price range, don't know if the locations will suit your requirements or not. You can click on the map feature of the search to view location . Let me know what you think and if you find them suitable, we can arrange to see them.

Dear Andrea,

Thanks for your inquiry. There are only 2 condos for rent at this time that would meet your criteria. One in Grosvenor for $ 1,250 and one in the Riviera for $ 1,400.

If those an work, please feel free to contact me.

The cost depends on the size, type, age, condition, and location of the pool. It depends on who will care for it. Would you hire a service or maintain the pool yourself?

I sold a few homes with pools and the cost varied. The indoor pool owner did not use a service. He bought the chemicals in pill forms and that was the extent of his effort.

A service company can open the pool in the spring and close it in the fall for you. Your cost would be only the chemicals, as long as you do not mind the work. I would call Dixon Pool Service and others maybe to check prices.
