Why can't you refinance? Did you already connect with a mortgage lender who said you can't?

Hi Mary,

The last sale recorded in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on Camino de Los Chavez sold in 2009 for $90,000. It was a 2.68 acre lot. No sales have occured on Camino de Los Chavez or along it in the past 12 months.

Presently, on the market is a 1.8 acre lot for $132,500. It's been on the market for nearly 3 years.

Are you looking to buy or sell land?

What is your lot size and is it in Unit 1. ... more

Commission paid is per office policy, so it's probably best to have this discussion with your listing agent; and concern can be addressed when home is listed.
