Betina Foreman answered:
The biggest difference in a condo or townhome is: for a condo you only own whats inside the four walls, and with a townhome you also own the land the townhome sits on. Both entities can have an HOA which will charge monthly fees. The listing agents information is only as good as the seller. If the seller tells the agent its a condo and its actually a townhouse its understandable how inncorrect information could be presented. This should come up when the title company does a title search prior to the sale of the unit. If you want to know for sure contact the HOA they will have the doccuments on file. I hope this helps you. ... more

Hi,
With the limited amount of info, I am not able to make a gret assessment. If you would like to email me back with some more specifics on the home i.e when it was built, one or two story home some of the uprgeades in the home and the like, it will help me greatly do a quick buyer's CMA for you.

Do you have a Realtor helping you? If you do, you can also ask the Realtor to show you some comps of the homes sold recently in the area.

Again, if you email me back with some more details, I will be happy to help you.

We cannot comment nor offer advice on neighborhoods, crime etc. It's best to contact the local police department whom can give you all the statistics you are looking for, as well as, take a drive through the locations at different times of the day.

Pam,

There's no property referenced in your question. Are you asking about the zipcode? What is it you want to know, specifically?

I think my system cut out so you might get this answer twice.
Is this for one of my listings? Where did you see a listing without that?
Probably a three bedroom but could be four or it could be a remodel???
Your guess would be as good as mine.

Foreclosures are the results of California investors jumping ship with the current lending situation not lending on investor dominated ownership. It is not FHA approved nor Fannie Mae approved because the banks changed the lending. ... more

Yes, absolutely! We can hear the music from a mile away. some even further when it shoots thru the valley into the hills. Even downtown, and around.
Try to enjoy it while it';s here and take advantage of the event.
If you are wondering if you can hear it well enough to not purchase a ticket, well, no.... not that well.

Call me tomorrow and we'll go take a look together.
