You would absolutely love it here, and would fit in perfectly! There is a huge local food movement in many of the restaurants, which has spurred many local farmers to expand their crops and visit the farmers markets. There are many regular ones in and around Austin. Here' s a link to my blog with a list of options. ... more

Hi Blake,

I assume you are asking this information to determine whether or not you'll relocate to Texas.

Click on the web reference link to view the information. If you need further information just email or call me at your earliest convenience.

By the way, Austin is really the place to be. FYI, Austin averages about 300 days of sunshine compared to Seattle and caters to every possible recreational and social need an individual may have or want to experience.

I look forward to helping you with all your future real estate needs.

Amy,
I am sorry that you are going through this, if you are mainly applying at apartments, they will most likely turn you down. If you try using a Real estate Agent and apply for a home, they can then ask the owner ahead of time before you even spend the application fee. It is much better to get it out in the open and just let them know ahead of time. Good luck to you!! ... more

Bel, a few years ago, the public utility commission changed the rules regarding disclosure. It now can be gotten by securing the information from bills of current owner/tenant, or by getting permission to disclose that and then going to the servicer. If you are looking to purchase or rent a property there, then your Realtor can help you request this information. Usually, it can be gotten, just takes a little bit of effort and time. ... more
