Hi Ryan,

First off, welcome home and thank you for your service. Typically, most home buyers will get pre-approved by a mortgage professional so that they know exactly how much home they can afford. I can walk you through that process. It is not difficult. As someone who qualifies for a VA loan, you can buy a home with NO money down. From there it is a matter of working with a real estate professional to help you find the right home.

If you would like to call or email me- please check my site for my contact info: www.LendWithScott.com

Hi Sue-
It isn't showing which home you are talking about. If you email me the link, MLS# or address, I'll get you the information on it.

Hi Jllavoie,

Before you agree to settle the loan, please speak with a qualified Realtor so that you get good advice on your situation! There are many unscrupulous people out there trying to prey on people who have fallen behind in their mortgages. I would be happy to recommend someone in your area to help you out! Give me a call at (207) 975-9330 or e-mail me at steve@TheMidCoastGroup.com. ... more
