I just wanted to reach out and say I can't even begin to imagine being in your shoes. I honestly wish I could help however if you are unable to pay anything down and or have poor credit I would not be able to assist you properly. My only advice look in local shoppers/papers/craigslist find a rent by owner and try to speak with them face to face after previewing the estate. Let them know of your situation one might be willing to open their heart and credit the down payment back to you. Good luck and God Bless.

Joyce,
I think you are referring to my listing on 40 Jays Drive in So. Dennis. And YES, Jays Drive and Asack Acres are right next to the Debbys Lane development. Asack Acres (two streets: Asack Drive and Jays Drive) is more upscale than Debbys Lane. If you want more info about 40 Jays (and Asack Acresw) go to its house web site at: www.40Jays.com.

Lisatran,

It sounds like you could be close to being able to qualify for a house. Lenders use a different set of criteria when pulling your credit scores, so you would definitely need to talk with a lender. If you need the name of a good one, just send me an email. I will be more than happy to guide you in the right direction. Good luck!
