I am familiar with the area and have a listing coming up very close to this home. It is located close to the airport and downtown baltimore and very close to 295, 895, and 95 for commuting purposes. If you need school, neighborhood, crime reports or other information you can find links on my website at

The best tool to find a mobile home to rent would be craigslist. Make sure to do your dillegence though....wading through the listings there are also scams. If you haven't done this before on your own, you may want to enlist the aid of a licensed real estate professional to help you sort through this.

Best of luck to you! The link for Washington, DC and suburbs is below.

I use it for each home but take it with a grain of salt. I would put far more trust with a realtor's opinion who knows Glen Burnie than some national computer. Juat my two cents hope it helps.

I just have one question, where is your agent in all this? The agent is your go-to guy, maybe both of you should be asking HUD questions?

Call 410-437-3311, after 9am and ask the duty agent to pull up available 1+ bedroom rentals in the Severn area. You will need to let them know,
1) how much you are able to put towards your monthly rent
2) are you a smoker
3) do you have any pets
4) how good is youer credit
5) what is your timeframe for getting into a place
6) are you looking at any particular community in Severn or are there communities that are not on the table for consideration
If you are not prepared to answer these questions, don't bother calling.

Anna M Brocco answered:
Consider interviewing a few agents from different realty companies and ask for a cma, comparative market analysis; review the data, ask for opinions and determine a value, possibly hire one of those agents as your listing agent. Since you state "I am very very serious about selling it as long as the price is right ", keep in mind that a home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it; it doesn’t matter what the seller needs or potential buyers can afford to spend; market conditions do matter as does the immediacy for a transaction to take place. In setting a price, it is in your best interest to focus on the current market conditions in conjunction with general economic value projections over the next six months... ... more

Yes a bank can, if the House never sells for enough to cover debts incurred then a bank can go after the borrower for the remainder as well as they can in a short sale, so please understand that the house is not full satisfaction at anytime for the premium, though many banks stop at that point, a very ambitious bank can continue to go after ever last cent owed, whether from the loan or the fees to collect the loan amount! ... more
