It is coming up as an Active & Available lease. The owner is Javier Chavez & the rental listing is with Prudential, their rental asking price is $2700/mo with a $2900 security deposit, looks like they'll accept pets too.

If you'd like the info for the leasing agent, just shoot me an email. Please Click on my photo to get to my profile & read my 2 blog posts called "RENTAL SCAMS - RED FLAGS - PUBLIC BEWARE".

If you're reading an ad for this rental property & the "owner" or "agent" states you cannot view the inside of the house without giving them an application or $ or personal info 1st, THAT IS A SCAM.

I don't look back on this same Trulia thread for answers after mine.

You have many choices, if you want to stay close to the 91fwy there are some affordable areas of Anaheim, buena park, and fullerton. Are you planning to rent or buy? Do you have children?

You may want to contact an area professional to help you relocate. Good luck to you and congrats on your promotion

Hi Felah:
I am not sure if I quite understand the question:
If it is a listing question:
Basically listing a mobile home or single home is the same, but Mobile homes has a separate category when you do a search.. it has it's own category under 'mobil Homes'
The process and paperwork is pretty much the same.
If is a specific question, you may post again or feel free to contact me directly. see website below.
Thanks.
Mike

Bummer, Sean. Each state has varying laws and requirements for evicting a tenant. It sounds as if you have created a sub-lease arrangement (albeit verbal and not written) by inviting this individual to live in your home. A tenancy-at-will or tenancy-at-sufferance may be in effect. The process of eviction is a touchy subject riddled with all sorts of legalities and requires proper notice; therefore, it is best that you seek the advice of an attorney. Most states have online resources which may be of benefit to you. One such helpful link is included below. Try Goggling "CA Tenant Landlord Counseling" and you may be able to find a weath of information and free resources to guide you. Good luck - Ted ... more
