Your bests bet will be to contact a local Realtor. It won't cost you a thing and using an agent won't affect the cost of the property as far as the bank's concerned.

The property tax rate depends on several items. Is it in the city limits or not? In what fire district is it located? In what recreational district is it located? Just to name a few. The best way to determine the tax current millage is to visit the tax assessor's website (http://www.stassessor.org/assessor.php) and enter a property address. Using "property description" you can enter a subdivision or use the drop down menu to enter a street name or specific address.
