The last condo rental in Sunny Glen on the MLS was a 2/2 with a single car garage and an inside laundry area. It was listed at 1255 square feet. The one year lease went pending on March 18th of 2012 at $1700 per month. It had originally been listed for lease/ rent at $1800.

There is no statewide law. I don't think San Ramon has rent control. At the end of your lease, your tenancy becomes month-to-month unless you sign a new lease. The landlord has to give you 30 or 60 day notice depending on your contract. If you do not like the rent increase, moving is your only real recourse.... more
To the best of my knowledge, there is no Rent control in San Ramon. If your looking to buy a rental property in San Ramon, now is the time to buy. We are getting Multiple Offers on properties right now. The buyers are back, as they know the bottom is almost here, and they don't want to wait until it becomes a Seller's Market again, and there won't be as much inventory to choose from.
