KB usually has Mello Roos (CFD) on their properties which can hurt the investment depending on the amount. Also most everything seems to be an up charge, not included.

Be advised, rental scams are huge business right now. These maggots use ordinary for sale listings (MLS)(Not specifically the property in question) and create rental listings using the same photos and property details.
I am happy to run any property information for you to help reduce your chances of being duped.
