Hi Tom,

I hope your evening is going well. I do have a couple of questions that I need to ask prior to searching for you new home.....first is your price range, how many will be occupying the place and if you have any pets?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hello Alicia!
Some landlords will take a chance even if your credit is not that good.
They will assess your situation, check why your credit is low, and
base it there. If you have a negative report based on your rental history then it will be
tough. otherwise, a lot of landlords will either ask you to put down more deposit and even a guarantor.
Same as buying a house everything is negotiable. Especially since you have foster kids they know
you have money from this kids allotted for living space.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
Roberto

Every home is different. Some are ready now. Some may not be ready for several weeks.

You want a rental for only one month? There are plenty of hotels that will give you a good monthly rate. It is hard to find cheap furnished monthly rentals.

Hi Lydia: My office has some rentals if you would like to check those out. We have a list of rentals that can be picked up there at L B Brokerage, 189 Quincy Ave. Long Beach.

I also have a one bedoom, one bath condo for rent in a secure building, I think it will be renting for $1250 and a pet is ok, but there are weight limits, does also include parking and on-site laundry room. If this may be of interest just email me at bstrealtor@aol.com or call me at 714-296-7270 to set up an appointment to see it.

Hope this is helpful. You can also find rentals on Westide rentals.com too.

(:

Hi Lisa, try this site, its uses a new "vertical search" method that returns more results than any other site I have used:
