The website www.auction.com has a "How to Guides" tab on the right. You can open a how to guide to see the process you need to follow. If you'd like help in assessing the property and would like someone to represent you at the auction, then you can get help from a Realtor that is registered to represent you. You'll likely get a number of Realtors including myself that are willing to help you.
If you'd like my help, please call, text or e-mail me. Good luck.
