Hello Dr. Paul, Even though it's a 1 bedroom, you can probably still get $2,500 a month in rent if the place is large enough. How many square feet is the whole house? Is there a 2 car garage? How large is the empty lot next to the house?

Feel free to contact me if you would like to talk more about it.

Good morning John,

It's tough to go wrong in Beverly Hills, but the most desirable areas would be north of Wilshire Blvd., West of Doheny, and East of Whittier, with the exception of the Beverly Hills "Post Office" area. If you would like me to email you a list of properties that are available in this area, please contact me as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Dear Antonio,
You are asking if it's worth it to build in Beverly Hills, but what is the purpose of the building? If it is a single family home you are going to live in, yes it's worth it. If you are thinking about some kind of flip type's still one of the best zip codes out there, but making a profit in this type of market won't be easy. Quite a bit will depend upon the builder's knowledge of the area and the market. ... more

Hi Blynn,

There are no city tax surcharge on property tax in Beverly Hills. With that said, if you'll make improvements and or remodelling, be ready to face the Architecture Committee on the fees, approval and such. We have an office in Beverly Hills, Century21 Platinum and you can check out our website: and if you need more info re the city or the flats specifically, do not hesitate to e-mail me.

All the best to you,
