I just sold a house that was in the middle of town but not on a sewer that is serviced by the City. The solution to this situation is that the neighbors that share the line will be forming an agreement for sharing of future maintenance or replacement. Their sewer line is sub-standard at 4" and below the City code, but at the point that it is replaced with a 5" line they can go to the City and ask for it to be adopted for City maintenance. ... more

Hi Bart. From the SFAR home page go to the MLS Statistics tab on the left hand side of the home page. Click on "2012 - First Quarter" and you'll find all the stats through the end of March. The stats are compiled quarterly, so that's the best you can do on that site without contacting a Realtor who will be glad to give you the last full month's details.
And the fact that Trulia's info may not be complete should not be blamed on the SFAR. I'm not sure if your complaint is with the SFAR site, or Trulia or both?

It depends on the area within the zip code. I picked three of the most prevalent sections for your information:

Airport Road $233,162 1497 $158
Southwest $423,305 2092 $203

Keep in mind that just several extremely low, or high-priced homes can skew the figures in either direction. Also, these are averages for single family homes only. I did not include condos, townhomes, etc.

Of course, the answer is, it depends! However, working numbers for warehouse space would be about $150 sq ft, for office space $225 psf and for retail, well the sky is the limit, but around $275.

Those numbers are wrong - there were 621 home sales in the third quarter of 07. Below is a link to Santa Fe Properties' 3rd Quarter Report, with the data you need. Q4 is looking like around the same outcome at this point - drop me an email to and I'll make sure you get the Q4 report in January.

Are you basing the number off of Trulias listings? If so it may not be %100 accurate. The only way to actually count up FSBO's and Listed homes closed would be contacting the County Assesors office. Not everything is reported through the MLS or posted on Trulia. ... more
