Cris, welcome to Glendale Arizona!

If you are not working with a professional full-time REALTOR to help you, then you might want to consider hiring one as most of the time our buyer services are free of charge.

The word "safe" and "fair" will have a different definition for each person.

One of the tools that we give buyers in order to investigate anything that is important to them when buying a home is the Arizona Association of REALTORS Buyer's Advisory.

You can download a free copy here:

www.aaronline.com/documents/buy_advis.pdf

Are the prices "fair", it depends on each individual home. A professional full-time REALTOR can give you information on a home that you are considering putting an offer in on.

In general prices have dropped 40% to 60% from their peak in 2005 / 2006 and interest rates are at a 40+ year low.

Do you think there has ever been a better time to buy a home?

Feel free to contact me with any more questions you may have.

We take our Boston Terriers to Beardsley Animal Hospital (http://www.beardsleyah.com/) at 59th & the 101. They seem to care and could probablly recommend an emergency Vet if they are not open 24 hours. ... more

If you are concerned about crime and statistics, your best source of information is the local police department--why not visit/call and hear all there is to hear firsthand. See link for additional information.
