Hi Farelane,

Yes, there are web sites that have those ratings and information and they can be found here on Trulia.

Click on the Stats and trends tab and look in the drop down window.

When you have a speific area picked out and need more information, then contact a local area Realtor for further help in finding out more information.

In the mean time, there is another bit of information you might also find handy.
http://www.re.state.az.us/INFO_FOR/CONSUMERS.html

While on that page, look for the "Buyers Advisory".

If you open that up, there are links outlined in blue that you can open up to review the stats that you would like to see.

Should you need more info, most any one of us here can help you as professional Realtors.

You should consider contacting a Property Management Company in Jackson, GA.

It would be the smart thing to notify your Mortgage and Insurance company to find out what is required of you.

Don`t get me wrong I am very Optimstic, but what happens if your new renters burn the place down?

Good Luck

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to answer such a question because, for one thing, it is against fair housing laws as Jay stated below. Also, we have no idea what reasons you would have to avoid one area over another. A better way to ask this question is to ask for what area/neighborhood in Chandler has the things you are looking for, such as homes with correct number of bedrooms, age of home, one or two story homes, number of garage doors, does the neighborhood have a park, school, etc.

We as realtors do have what is called a buyers advisory, and this provides information on lots of things that can help you decide what area you may want to live in. Please let me know if you are interested in that, and working with a buyers agent.

No changes are needed for your first mortgage. Just continue to pay it. You need to change your property insurance, register your property with Maricopa County as a rental property and if you can put it in an LLC, but speak with a lawyer before you do that. ... more

Hello T Reynolds,

I am originally from Tyler and my Mother is a Broker in the area. The Chandler area like most of the Tyler area is growing. There are areas with large lots, some with acreage. There is a mix of properties in that price range. Taxes should be about 2.4%-2.6%. I have sent your question to my Mother. She should respond to you shortly. Thank you for your inquiry. I hope we can assist you with your questions. Enjoy East Texas. ... more
