You might try a smaller mortgage bank that will do a portfolio loan. Bankers Trust is IA based and has offices locally. I recently had a meeting with on of their loan officers there & I recall him telling me that they could do them. Call me at 602-810-1750 and I can forward you his details. ... more

Good Afternoon:

I'd be happy to help you with that request. I just looked in McCormick Ranch (great location--very central Scottsdale) and there were about 20+ furnished rentals at your price point.

My information is below if I can help. Feel free to call or email me and have a wonderful weekend.

You will love Scottsdale. It has everything the SouthWest could ask for and more.
Excellent schools, fantastic shopping, resort-like atmosphere. You will fee like you're on
vacation 365 days of the sunshine year! I am a native of the valley and have seen it grow
tremendously. I have been in most of the nooks and crannies. We have beautiful new

A cosigner guarantees the lender that if the primary borrower does not make payments, the cosigner will assume the loan obligations and make payments on it.
Did you fill out an application for that Association? Did you ever live in that communnity?

If they do not have any information on you, you still have a chance to denied payments.

Good Luck,

You will love Arizona, we moved from Iowa 14 years ago and love it. Still visit Iowa on a frequent basis to see family and friends but have never had to shovel the heat and like that a bunch! HA

You have chosen 3 good communities that are well liked and respected. The price points might be the biggest difference you see with Scottsdale pricing be notably higher than Chandler/Gilbert.

We have lived in Chandler and Gilbert and enjoy both communities.

We might want to discuss what you like to do for fun? Will you be working? Commute time? How much house do you want or need? How much do you want to spend for that? Financing or cash? One of my favorite lenders is a guy from Illinois.

We also have relocation guides that will help you out.

Tim, I can do some analytics for you since I have some time on my hands right now. Are you thinking of buying or selling? I sold and showed several in that complex. Prices can vary depending on location and other details like, some units have 1 car garages, others 2, some have golf course views, some are closer to the pool, some closer to the roadside and so on.

Send me an e mail and I'll get the analysis to you for market statistics.
