Once you get inland, or at least not near the appropriate fishing area, (read FRESH lobster in Texas), what you will end up with is FRESH FROZEN.
That is what the majority of fish eaters eat!
Fish starts to deteriorate minutes after being caught; it needs to be frozen immediately!
If it's hours or days to the table, it could be re-frozen five or six times.

Most of Ahwautukee does have Homeowner Associations. Some of the original section does not, that would be the NE corner area. HOA Dues today run from $40 a month to $70 a month in most areas. Condos are much higher, some of the gated areas with water features are also higher.

You are asking such a subjective question. It is hard to answer without knowing your daughter and her concerns. Buying a home involves so many variables, it is difficult to address them in this type of forum. I suggest you start with the Buyer's Advisory, http://www.aaronline.com/documents/buy_advis.pdf. This document is a good place to start your research and gives you all types of additional resources. Next, I suggest you find a good buyer broker. Someone who has a lot of transactions under their belt and hire them to help you. Often the cost of the buyer broker's services are covered by the seller of the property.

The best way to learn about an area is to visit it yourself and talk to merchants and people in the area. Realtors are not allowed to comment on the livability of an area due to fair housing laws. A bib No-No in our industry.
