You might take the APN down to the Assessors Office and ask them.
I wouldn't think that that was confidential information.

You should research those questions - Google is your friend. You should contact the local police departments in the areas of interest to determine what's happening on a granular, neighborhood level. No real estate agent can help you with this - it's your responsibility to do the due diligence. ... more

Your agent would probably go through the offer price and terms with you. If you made an offer, your offer has a price. After your inspections, if you have discovered that the cost of repairs is higher than what you would like to accept, you can request one of 3 things: (1)the seller to complete the repairs, (2) cancel and receive your earnest money back or (3)accept the property without the repairs. ... more

Trulia is not intended to be the adjacent step to making an offer;
The IDEA is that you will contact a Realtor and have them take you through the process.
Your Realtor can filter out, and prepare a CMA for your Short List.

Buy Phoenix,

That is an excellent question. In the absence of any specific instructions from you to your agent, an agent does NOT have any duty or obligation to present offers once you have accepted and signed a contract. However, if you have instructed your agent to continue presenting offers, then he must follow your instructions. If he has not followed your instructions, he or she may be in violation of NAR's Code of Ethics as well as Arizona statute.

A good agent will always marketing a property, even when under contract, and will encourage submission of backup offers.
