hi abdelilah dehry, even though i know exactly what you're asking and know what you intend, i can't answer your question. here's why:

my definition of good may be bad to others and visa versa. second, i can't persuade clients to certain areas or detract them from other areas for fear of 'block-busting' or 'red-lining'. so... to prevent this, give me parameters to work within and i can find you exactly what you want.

go ahead and give me a call, we can interview each other to see if we're a good fit.

I think if you head a couple of miles west of there, to around 51st Avenue and Baseline, you will find a newer neighborhood that is pretty nice.

You should research those questions - Google is your friend. You should contact the local police departments in the areas of interest to determine what's happening on a granular, neighborhood level. No real estate agent can help you with this - it's your responsibility to do the due diligence. ... more

Hello!
"High crime" is a relative term, so as Realtors we really cannot answer that question.
However, I can give you the link to a website that can help you make that determination.

Just drop me an email at Eileen.Shapiro@Nextagerp.com
and I will send it to you.

This is the question many buyers want to know, and the question agents aren’t allowed to answer by law. We want to answer all your questions, but disclosing details about crime, racial makeup and other details about neighborhoods is a big no-no for agents. Here is a link to the crime information you need.

http://centralazhomes.com/az-home-buyer-resources/phoenix-neighborhood-arizona-crime-maps/

As far as rental rates and vacancy go, when you select a Buyer's Agent, they can research that information for you based on the size and type and age of the property you are considering.

Happy hunting.

The crime rates in a neighborhood can be of great concern to a potential home buyer. Realtors have many resources that can be used and a great one to start with is www.crimereports.com. You can type in a specific address and the website will tell you about crimes in a radius around the home. ... more

Hi Kip, that is a great question! Due to Fair Housing and steering laws, I as an agent am not allowed to answer that question. Even if I could, what constitutes a "safe" neighborhood means different things to different people. Please take a look at the Arizona Buyer Advisory which contains links to resources that will assist you in answering this question.

Sue,

There are a number of wonderful communities in the Phoenix area. It really depends on where you will be working, if you have kids, where do you want them to go school and many other factors. I have attached a link to our Buyers Advisory, works for renters also. There are many valuable resources in it including links to things like crime statistics and sex offenders.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
