I think it depends on the Buyer and what the Buyer's wants or needs are. I think the "Hip" thing with green homes is the protecting the environment. I think the benifit is the savings.

I would say that it depends on who you rent it too...if you rent it and it is run as a commercial property then I would think so, but I would recommend you speak to a real estate attorney to be sure.
