I am assuming you are looking for a rental? I suggest you look on this website plus Craigslist, rent.com, hotpads.com, and Zillow which are the main places. It is a very strong rental market, so have your references and credit scores ready, and be prepared to make a decision.

Good luck

I think you need to be more specific about what you're asking. Sounds like you might be trying to figure out what property insurance is for a specific address? Or who the insurance company is for someone's home? Either way, I doubt anyone here has that answer for you. If you're buying a house, you'll have to contact your insurance carrier and get a quote for homeowners insurance. ... more

I have found a possibility in Parker. I emailed and asked about pets. I will let you know if I hear back. Other than that, I could not find anything in your price range in either Parker or Castle Rock unless you select an apartment.

If you like, I can continue to look if this one doesn't work for you.

Yes, this community rates very high for community involvement! The HOA dues are very reasonable, as well, since membership in the country club/pool/tennis is voluntary. You might check out www.pinery.org to see all of the community events in the next few months.

If you are considering a move to this area, I hope you'll consider asking me to show you around, as I've lived here for 18 years and specialize in this unique neighborhood.

Best regards,

Carolyn

I've never heard of "Oarker", but I'm guessing you mean "Parker"? LOL For rentals, I'd try looking on Craigslist or go to www.housinghelpers.com. Not many agents in CO deal only in rentals. You'll probably get plenty of agents from the Parker area willing to help you find something to buy. Good luck! ... more

Obtaining a loan has certain costs, you would be well advised to go to a bank and ask to speak to the loan officer and ask them to break down the costs for you - it's what they do. They can also tell you what you could afford to borrow. Speaking to a lender 1st is step #1. ... more

You do not have to sign a buyers agreement, however it would be in your best interest to do so, only after meeting with and interviewing several agents to find one that fits your personality and one you feel you can trust. It is very important to have a professional on your side and most often it costs you nothing but your loyalty. ... more
