Edith Karoline Jasser answered:
You should connect with an experienced Realtor in your area of Colorado, so that you get all your information, all questions and concerns answered by one resource. Do not do this on your own.

read on as it will explain a little more in detail why you should work with a Buyers agent:

Why are you asking US here? And here is my reason for my question to YOU.... if and when you are
interested in buying a property whether condo townhouse or single fam. home, you should, or better yet MUST work with a buyers agent, a Realtor who has a representation agreement with you, you commit to the Realtor and the Realtor commits to YOU, at usually no charge to YOU as Buyers Agents are paid at the closing table by the Sellers side, if the property is listed with a brokerage on the Multiple Listing Service of the area. That way not only will you have one resource, one agent to talk
to and contact, that agent not only finds the right properties for your needs and pocket book but will
also educate you about the market, make appointments and accompany all showings, write your
offer and who will submit to you comparable properties that have recent sold so that you know for sure if the price you are offering on a property is a fair market value or not, the agent will negotiate on your behalf and in your very BEST interest the price and terms of the contract, and follow up along the way with all the various details necessary to lead to a successful closing.

Do not do this on your own!!! If you need a Buyers Agent Recommendation for your Area , let me know, I gladly forward some good buyers agents to you for consideration.

Sincerely yours,

Can you be a little more specific about your question or what your specific issue is? you can find plenty of houses here on trulia. you just have to look under "buy". but honestly, the listings here arent very up to date. If you're looking to buy a home, your best resource is going to be one of those "real estate faces"! An agent has access to the local mls which has the most updated listings and pretty photos of houses. You can ignore the agent's face if you'd like. :-) ... more

Jim Garcia - Castle Rock Homes answered:
That house has sold. Listing Agents state the HOA information including the price, how often it is due and the HOA name & phone number on the MLS. So you will need to ask your Agent on the next house.

Hope that helps,

Sean Dougherty answered:
There are so many variables that I couldn't give you an actual value. You will need to factor in the finish work, style, and design of the basement. A good rule of thumb is that the cost will be about $25 - 30/square foot, plus $4,000 - 7,500 for a bathroom, and that you will be able to recoup about 65% - 75% of what you put into it for resale. The pricing assumes you using a contractor for all the work, it will be less if you do the work yourself (if you're qualified).

Best of luck, and I would recommend you bringing your Realtor into your home to take a look and give you some idea of what the costs and returns will be.

Contact the County the home is located within to find out the auction procedures. You will need to be on top of this via Renav or a Realtor. The county is the first place to start.

Frank Nuebel Buyer's Agent answered:
You will find that Castle Rock rent will be fairly high. It is a desirable area as you know. With interest rates low and housing price opportunities better than they have been in years, I would recommend talking with a well qualified lender to see if you would benefit more from purchasing verses renting. Our MLS does not have rentals and they become a bit harder to find them as you know. Call me if you would like and I can share some websites you might reference for rentals my number is at the top of my website at http://www.searchforhomesincolorado.com. I can also give you names of lenders who may be able to help you. I also know someone considering renting in the meadows. Thanks. Frank ... more
