I have done them.

This a case by case situation.
And there is also a way to get the tax lien 'released'... So it is not an issue.

The next thing she will realize; is that it will be much better to have the place VACANT if she wants to sell it.

Understand that with the TENANT RIGHTS ACT of 2009, you will have the right to stay to the end of your lease, no matter what.

What will you do if she offers you some money to move out early? Think about it.

NO... on a mortgage report there are 3 credit scores . The middle score what the lender will approve for a loan
