As I side note, I realize that I will be more in the $1,000.00 range, but am using $800.00 as a baseline. Also, I realize these areas are a bit spread out but that's because we are not pinned down to a certain area yet, also we are not familiar with the neighborhoods (we will be moving from Kansas).

Another side note: I have a 20 lb pug (5 yr. old)

First turn on the Common Sense.

If the owner/landlord can not show you the rental and or if they ask for you to send money = scam.

If they are asking a crazy low price = scam

Do a google search of the address, many homes for sale are taken and converted to a rental that is not real. The listed home will usually not also be listed as a rental so start asking questions.

Is there an owner or agent you can call? There should be and they will be able to show you the house, not mail you keys.

Hi Mattie,
Dayton qualifies for the USDA program, which is 100% financing and the seller can pay up to 6% in closing costs. It's a great program for first time buyers. We offer this program, please call me if you would like more information!

This home sold on January 31st for $128,000 after 62 days on the market. If you have any concerns about crime, I suggest that you not consider purchasing a home in that area. If I can help you find a property that would work for you, please get in touch. Your question about gang-related activity should be directed to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Dept.

Things could have changed since you have lived here. Maybe go month-to-month renting while you are searching for a place to live. This way you don't have to break a lease if you find the perfect situation. Let me know if you need help!

I personally think the best chance for your son would be to rent a home or condo from a property owner. They usually look at a case–by-case basis, and may consider. I believe your odds increase if you find a home or condo that hasn't rented out for 3 months or longer.

Persis Behramsha answered:
Hello Ms. Tineo, your question is a bit confusing...... You are requesting to see some homes in California, but the link to the house in question is in Houston. What exactly are you requesting? The link to the house shows this house was set for Auction on February 19, 2013, but it still shows as Active for now. It is listed at $5.9 million to start the bid.

Let me know if I have answered your question or if you are checking on something else.
