Realtors typically sell homes that are in an area that they know well for sellers in their social circles. So, get to know the sellers you wish to represent. Learn your business. Volunteer in the community. Work hard and earn a reputation for being a professional first before you aspire to start at the top. Do a good job for everyone you meet. The customers you help buy their first house should become customers for life if you do a good job and stay in touch. Those customers will statistically refer you to other customers and each of those people with whom you work will usually sell a home and buy another home in about 5 to 7 years. Start with a reputable company that offers training and learn all you can. Real Estate is not an easy job and the way to quick riches. Grow into the Realtor you wish to be. Start one step at a time.
