There are probably plenty of people that do.
There will be major construction over the next couple of years on I35.
Hopefully 820 is done before they start.
Therefore you might try 377 instead to 820 and then cross to Ft. Worth depending
on what part of Fort Worth you want to go to....
You could also continue past 820 and perhaps take Hwy 10 into the city if downtown is where you're going.

Find a good realtor that knows the area. Share with that realtor what your needs are in the area of education, work, churces, medical facilities etc. The realtor can then share with you different areas that match your needs. You need an agent that has been in the business and can negotiate on your behalf, representing you and working to find you the best home for you and your family. Remember, typically you do not pay the buyer's agent (buyer's agent is who you need) the seller does. Obviously, you will want your realtor to explain that information as well. My team is very familiar with North Texas. Give us a call. We can help!

You will love Texas...........

Hi,
You can find details, do comparisons, see ratings, etc. on such web sites as Greatschools.org and Education.com (there are others as well).

You can also search available homes around Fort Worth on my site (link below) and see info on nearby schools for each property by clicking on Tools from within the details of each property. If you know the name of a specific school, you can also enter that on the search page and it will show you properties just within that district.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks and good luck!

Mariana,
I agree with the first agent’s answer. TEA (Texas Education Agency) is definitely a good place to start to get an idea of school ratings. Also, once you think youâ™ve narrowed down the neighborhoods a bit, you can call the local police dept. for that area to find out about the crime statistics.

I definitely suggest you should consider Mansfield TX and parts of S Arlington too, depending on your husband's work address of course.

Mansfield was in MONEY Magazine and CNN/Money’s top 100 "Best Places to Live” in 2008, because of the “city's lush parks and opens spaces, great schools and low crime.”

If you haven’t found a local agent, look no farther. I specialize in S Arlington, Mansfield and parts of S Grand Prairie and I'll be glad to help you find just the right home.

Take care,
