There is no one site that lists all properties for lease, in any area. This is a result of a large pool of resources for owners and property managers to advertise their available properties to tenants; here are some of the major sources I am aware of:

Local property management (call around and inform them what you are looking for and they will let you know if they have it... many of those properties don't get listed online)

I can help with any of your Las Vegas Real Estate needs or questions; feel free to contact me direct.

Hi Chris, Between $1,500-$1,600 in coppell. These are 2005 year builds. In las colinas you have the older 70's build townhomes that rent cheaper. Las colinas and valley ranch have definitely had some high quality builds going up for well over $100 sq.f.t If you're looking to maximize upside I would recommend an 80's build single family in coppell at the right price of course. Look me up, I'm the servant. best of luck ... more

Your best bet is to find a buyers agent to represent you in the process. If you have already entered into an agreement to purchase with a developer/builder, this may not be possible.
