In Oklahoma even if a listing agent new of such, the agent would have to go to a seller and request permission to disclose to a buyer; unless it is already known by public or other.

This is a question with many broad answers and numbers for 2009 may not be readily available. But, there are two sites that will allow you to see most of 2008 and 2007's data and allow users to form their own conclusions about a particualr area. Reliability has not been verified by my office, brokerage, or board. Please use at your own risk. The best method to get a feel for a particualr area is the old-fashioned method... I recommend you find a Realtor to show you homes in various areas so you can get a feel for what is available in the area and price range you are wanting.
