Joy Neely answered:
Your Real Estate Agent should have it in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Trulia pulls from the MLS database to populate a majority of their information.

If your Agent is not a member of a MLS then he/she can update Trulia manually to see that your home is listed.
Have a Terrific Thursday!

There can be specific repairs that are required to be done prior to closing to make the home eligible. Buyers can not work on the home themselves prior to closing.

Who currently owns the house?

Seems to me the best solution would be to talk to them and see if they would consider it.

I'm not sure if you are mistaken on the MLS number or you took a real long drive around Prairie Village. The property that you are asking about is in Ft. Meyer's, FL. It appears that it is still available. Here is the link to the information: http://www.mlsfinder.com/fl_gfmb/kw_658/index.cfm?action=listing_detail&property_id=200907218

If this the property that you are interested in, I would be glad to refer you to an agent in Ft. Meyers. If it's another property that you found, feel free to contact me and I will try to find where it is and give you information on it.
