How long have they worked for their current company? How long have they lived in their current rental? Have they ever been evicted? What is their current status & history with the Utility Companies? Yes we do! Contact a local agent and have them start to send you rental listing information on homes. Most of the time the agent can send you the information to your email. Todays rental market is very active. Be sure to get your credit report done and have it ready to submit along with a Tenant Application should you find a home right away.
Finding a 4 bedroom anywhere is going to be a challenge.. most rental properties are 3 bedrooms or less. With rental prices increasing it's actually cheaper payment wise to buy. Have you considered buying in the area? You can usually find a good deal on a foreclosure.... more
