You will just have to wait for it to be processed by the new owner. It will hit he market again, but can take 1-3 months. THese 'investors' do not deal directly with individual buyers. They have a complicated rigid system by which they work with 3rd parties to 'process' (sell) their inventory. It will be listed in the MLS eventually. ... more

There isnt really a base for price per sq/ft here. Obviously if your on a higher traffic street, your rent is going to go up. There is a lot of storefronts available right now though, so I am sure you can work out a good deal. ... more

That seems like a full time job for you... Showing, bidding and following up on those offers must take a lot of time for sure. If I may suggest a more effective approach - try to focus on one property at a time, especially that bidding on more than one (if you only want to buy one) is not permitted by Realtors' Code of Ethics. ... more

Lincoln Park is an EXTREMELY family friendly neighborhood. It boasts one of the top elementary schools in the state, Lincoln Elementary, and is full of different parks and playgrounds for children to play in. My favorite is Oz Park, located at the intersection of Lincoln and Webster. Check out the various "Wizard of Oz" statues...very cool!

For more info feel free to contact me at or call me at 773-988-9092.

Hope that helps!

Hello Smuvjetta,

They are not available. You can use my website to search for currently apartments for rent. It's tied in to the MLS and is a live feed.

Another way to stay on top is to work with a Realtor or leasing agents. Realtors are at no charge and some leasing offices charge. Talk with the agents that respond right here on Trulia, myself included.

Good luck!

The rental market for office space just about everywhere is been heading south for a few years. There are tons of vacant space all over although Edgewater, at least on Clarke seems to be less affected than other areas. You cannot generalize on this because there are too many variables involved, but I see it from $10-30sf. You should be able to find some motivated landlords out there. ... more
