That's a very subjective question -- you should certainly take a drive around the neighborhood and do some research if you'd like to get a sense of the "niceness" of the area/building. Looks like it's an area dense with violent crimes. Although I don't know how many were shot, you can see the types of crimes happening by scrolling down on the listing and clicking the crimes tab. The red area are the more violent crimes.
