Check out area statistics; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods--when it comes to any safety issues, contact the local authorities and ask all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand... ... more

You're better off asking what restaurants AREN'T near 600 N. Dearborn. Portillo's (hot dogs), Hard Rock Cafe Chicago, and Pizzeria Uno just to start. My favorite restaurant in that area, however, is Quartino's. It's a little Italian eatery that is *always* packed and specializes in tapas-styled small plates.

That spot can't be beat for restaurants, though. It's a great location.

Common cup on Morse is a great little coffee place. They have little breakfast items, but nothing too crazy. A real staple for all three meals is Heartland Cafe. All natural, organic, with live music and a general store. Big Buns and Peta is excellent for dinner. A great bar/dinner place is Candlelight on Western. Awesome pizza.
Plus, on Morse there's a pizza by the slice joint called JB Alburtos.
And there's another great Pizza places on Jarvis but I can't remember the name.
Good luck!!!

I recommend calling Dan Huschen from Homesquad at 773 593 6088. He can get you a quote to have everything done legitimately (you need permits and such).

Hi Opal!

This property is no longer available for purchase as the owner has accepted a contract already. Are you in the market to purchase a new property or were you asking for some other reason? If you're interested in looking at similar properties I'd be happy to set up a free consultation with you to go over your needs and help you in your search. My contact information is available if you visit my website (listed below.)

I have no clue about Applebrook Realty.
I AM wondering however, why, based on the impressions you have so far, you even care.
I mean, you can't possibly be considering using them based on what you've said.
Do they have a listing you are interested in? Then let your agent deal with it.
Otherwise, why not just move on?
