Try going to and use the advanced tab to only select the option for rental types of "corporate housing". When I did that it does bring up a few options to choose from (not many though).

Of course you can always look at an Extended Stay motel option if you can deal with the small size for a couple months.

I do believe it is Pink. I am not an attorney, nor expert, but I am involved with this area of real estate as a tenant representative and also as a property manager. If the place you are talking about has less than 12 units, they are not required by law to have a written lease agreement. And a verbal agreement will hold up in court easily enough. So if someone made a verbal commitment to rent you a room - let's say in a large house - for $450 a month....and then backed out or changed the rent on you......I believe they have an issue with you.

If the loan is FHA it may be transferable, but you would have to qualify. Be very cautious when searching this kind of thing on craigslist. I can not imagine a scenario where you would not have to qualify. ... more

I think the credit called for you to live in the home for 3 years minimum. Once that occurs, then you can do want you want with the home without penalty. Double check with your accountant to make sure as I am not an accountant, just going off what I heard. 1. Be sure you want to live at the property in question.
2. Read and understand the lease before signing.
3. Document the condition of the rental unit noting any flaws in the condition of anything, and any repairs needed with photos and in writing, before moving in.
4. Get a Realtor to help you and answer your questions, in person, so you don't have to rely on strangers on a website to get answers. I know someone who can help with me for details.
