M. Paul, I think you would find it easier to make a brochure or flyer using the direct resources of our MLS. If you want to try Trulia, I think there are some possibilities with which you could like, or you could use an integrated approach with the data you have on Trulia or on the MLS with a MS template such as the ones available for MS Office Suite. I wish you well with this project. Liz, 612-986-4105 ... more

Hi Lane_

Please describe. Do you mean Yard Sign panels, lightweight poly directional signs, other?

In the Twin Cities, see Continental Great Sign in Ramsey or Dahlen Sign in Shakopee. Continental is now owned by Dee Sign Company located in in Ohio, where they process orders.

Dahlen Sign is local and can produce about anything you wish, cutting edge technology, and are very personal. Ask for Dan.

We also do business with Oakley Sign in Florida. Ask for Tony.

All three of these companies are very invested in real estate signs and products.

Kirk,

The types of projects that you are list are very weather dependent. I would keep an eye on hail storms in the area and do some good old fashioned door knocking. Getting to the know the board of directors at a townhouse complex ahead of time might some dividends as well.

If you are looking for new construction projects of a larger scale. You might try the St. Paul or Minneapolis builders exchanges. While they focus primarily on commercial work, there are still a few residential projects that make their way through the exchance.

Finally running adds in local papers (small circulation, local topical papers) might also do you some good.

I hope that helps.
