Jennie - sometimes places appear to fall off the grid - I had one like that to deal with in Chaska. As it turned out, the property ownership dated back to a post civil war land grant and had remained in the same family. Jennie,

Call a title company. Have them research the title and find out who currently owns the property. Contact that person and make them an offer. The issue you may run into is that large national banks will have trouble knowing which department or person you should talk to about the sale of that property. Good luck!!
