Hi Kathy, 31 closed deals in 2009!! That is back to "normal" for me. 2008 was a very bad year. Each year in January I track my sources of income. However, I have not gotten to that yet....it has been busy working with buyers! The majority of my business in the past has always come from past clients either returning or referring my services and one of my internet mediums. Facebook is new to my business this year as well as my Trulia Pro status. While Facebook has generated leads and definitely has kept me in the forefront of my sphere of influence when they need anything real estate related I have not experienced a closed sale....yet. I have had some leads from my Trulia Pro but no closed sales that I am aware of. However, they could be clicking through to my website. These are all things I will know the answers to soon...but just not yet. How about you???
