Unless there is a specific clause in your contract, you own the mobile home upon closing. If you worked with a Realtor you should definitely contact them. If not, review your contract, if there were no special arrangements made to allow her to stay after closing you may be able to pursue the eviction process. ... more

I don't see this as a huge drawback in terms of value. Why can't you put in a tub? Just because it's on a slab doesn't mean anything. Talk to your Realtor and ask for a CMA. He/she will be able to give you an idea of what homes have been selling for, with similar beds/baths & SF. ... more
