90% of buyers begin their home search by looking on-line. It's very important that your home has maximum exposure on the internet on the various real estate sites.
Also, make sure that your home is showing it's best. Curb appeal is important. Check your front door and entry to determine that it is clean with no peeling paint. Add a pot or two of flowers for color. Clean your windows.
On the interior, pack away personal items such as family photos and valuables to allow the buyer to visualize themselves living there. Remove all clutter and any unnecessary furniture so that the rooms appear spacious and neat. Organize your closets.
And...don't overprice your home. Have your agent show you comparable recent sales in your neighborhood to determine what a fair price would be to attract the most buyers.
Hope this is helpful.
Good luck selling!
