Any Realtor can help you with finding out who owns the property, and finding out if its for sale or not. Just because a property is in foreclosure, doesn't mean you can buy it.

hi, it really depends on the bank that is handling the foreclosure and how quickly they way. An REO which has already been bought back by the bank tends to be the quickest because they are usually ready to go. Another factor that may hold it up is the title report, depending on what you find.

If you left the home it was your responsibility to let the Water Department know you were no longer there. Sewer and Water are not like other utilities they run with the home meaning the bill is attached to that home.

Give them the address and ask them for all of the information associated with this property. Then you need to inspect the property as thoroughly as possible. This can be difficult if the utilities are not turned on.

Contacting the owner is your option but they could be impossible if at all.

The bidder loses their deposit and the bank take possession of the property, where they will pay the taxes and eventually sell the home, ex homeowner is out of luck the foreclosure was final at the sheriff sale.
