If its a nice park & within (very short) walking distance it can be an asset. If it's a busy park across the street, it can be a nuisance to some, a benefit to others. If itâ€™s a dangerous park well, you get the idea. If you want a dollar value on a park near by you're spending too much time thinking about it. Donâ€™t make yourself crazy, spend time on the homes best features and who would most benefit or appreciate them.
