I will have to know the address - please send that to me.

A cash offer might make your offer more attractive usually because you can closed the sale must faster than if you needed a loan.

In most cases when a home has been on the markert for this long you can assume it is over priced or in very poor condition.

Frequently foreclosed home are trashed or not well taken care of by the past owner.

I need the address and I will go to work for you.

It's your turn now for action - send that informaton to me and we will work out an offer.

It depends of the loan processor. If he or she have everything in your package that the underwiting will need to approved your mortgage. If that is not the case, it may take a few more days, depending of what kind of paper the underwriting will ask for.

Best of luck,

Allen W answered:
I am going through the exact same. Realtor and property attorney have informed me that the child that wants to sell his/her portion will have to reach an buyout agreement with the other 2 children. Some kind of buyout dollar amount. A specific contract will then need to be drawn up indicating the child is giving up his/her portion in exchange for the buyout amount. Once that is done a new deed to the house will need to be signed by only the remaining two(2) children with a stake in the house.

All documents will need to be notorized.

Hope this helps some.

It's difficult to answer this question because it depends; do you want to buy a home or rent a home. Basically all housing is income based. Call me to give more info about this.

I'm sure this is a great neighborhood located in Germantown, TN. Don't see any homes listed for sale at this time so that can be a great indicator of the quality of living.

We do not have access to your application;
we don't see your Income to Debt ratio as well as your Credit Report:

Why don't you just go ahead and apply and see what happens;
It looks promissing and Mortgage Inquireries do not lower your Score.

Good luck and may God bless
