Are you sure you meant 2012?

If I had a little more information I could help. Such as...price range, what do you want to be closer to, renting or buying, etc.

Tim Moore answered:
That is because of two main reasons.
1. They rarely ever work out and agents get paid only when a home sells so the agents don't like to fool with them as they are a waste of time 99.5% of the time.

2. There are none to almost none around as sellers want to sell and not waste their time with being a landlord and seeing the property not sell in a year and then they have to try and sell it again.

Rent to buy is not a good idea, it is risky for a renter because they will have to get a loan from a lender at some point to buy the house or default and lose all the deposit money to the owner. Look into these before you waste a lot of time with them, they are not a good deal and the selection (if any) will be slim pickens.

First, you have to review your finances. If you purchase the home, would you be able to afford or be comfortable carrying two mortgages when the payment for the new home becomes due.

Second, check with a local loan officer to see if you can qualify to carry two mortgages with the down payment you have available to dispose of.

Best of Luck.

Judy will be able to answer your question as well; but the simple answer is that Trulia pulls their "public" records from Knox County records. Knox county records the information that they were given from the architect/builder/etc when the home was built.
Their records are notoriously inaccurate; but they are Trulia's only option for records.

Ms. Burket,

you are finding solace in happy memories.

There may be some programs available to you, and it is certainly worth investigating your options. The best way to determine your eligilbility would be to contact a lending institution. Robin Sands of Monarch Mortgage is a wonderful resource, and can help guide you through the sometimes complicated world of home loans. She may be reached at (865) 384-8147.

Please let me know if I may provide assistance in helping you find a home, or if I may answer any questions along the way. I also specialize in estate-related properties, and would be happy to answer any Probate-related questions, should the need arise.

With mortgage interest rates at historic all time lows, it could be the best time ever to sell. That being said, everyone's situation is different and many factors should be considered.

It is my opinion, that you should meet with a Realtor to discuss your individual situation and what may or may not be best for you.

I would be happy to meet with you to access your individual situation.

Yes, I have helped a few of my buyers obtain this type of financing. As long as the property is located in the designated area and your icome, employment an credit fit the guudelines you should be fine.
I would suggest that you speak with a loan officer in the area to at least review your situation prior to your move.
I would be happy to recommenda few people to speak with.
