We accept vouchers for this property but you would have to have a 3 bedroom voucher. I currently do not have any 2 Br at the moment. If you have more questions, feel free to contact us at 865-691-3678

Knoxville is a wonderful place to relocate to. I was a military brat and lived all over, Knoxville is great! I would be happy to send you a contact for rentals and also some current homes on the market so you have an idea of what you can get for your money in the different areas of town. When you get here I'd be happy to sit down with you to highlight some great areas, things to do and see, etc.
Good luck with the transition. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

Are you sure you meant 2012?

If I had a little more information I could help. Such as...price range, what do you want to be closer to, renting or buying, etc.

Hi Britta,

Congratulations on your recent graduation and your new house search. You must be very excited to begin this new chapter in your life.

As you probably know, now is a great time to consider buying your first home. If you're able to make the financial commitment, there are some wonderful deals to be had.

I would love to speak with you about your option to buy versus renting. Please feel free to give me a call or email at your convenience. I specialise in first time homebuyers, and believe I could provide you with some valuable information as you explore your choices.

Warmly,

Caroline Holt, Realtor

It may be best to contact a few rental agents in the area you are looking to relocate. You'll get a better response than posting here, as not all agents work on Trulia.

Terry Farnsworth answered:
Hi -

Any agent should be able to help you find a rental. However, keep in mind they will probably only show you a "portion" of what is really available. Most agents will exclusively send you properties listed on the MLS, which offer a co-op commission. Depending on the area, generally the rental market is doing fairly well, and owners today are opting to advertise for free on websites like Craigslist, etc, instead of paying out a half month's rent to an agent. Since many won't pay a commission to agents, agents simply won't send/show you those since they know they wouldn't be paid.

I'd contact a real estate agent and ask them to send you everything they can find on the MLS in the price range/style of property you are looking for. Also, check various websites on your own and pick whichever property you end up liking the best.
